Programmes
There are four main programme types, however each programme is tailored to address each clients individualised needs.
Children
and Young Students
- A Young Learners’ Programme is specifically designed to prevent the onset of learning difficulties, which gives the child the very, very best chance of succeeding at school.
- The benefits are that it can be used by the parent at home or by a teacher for the whole class – which has the advantage that every student in the classroom is given the same opportunity to learn.
Help for Adults
Programme
- Finding out that you are dyslexic sometimes comes later on in life.
- Adulthood is certainly no bar to finding simple ways to correct the problem.
- Unlike children and teenagers, motivation is rarely an issue with adults.
- What we do find is that adults tend to experience more emotional baggage, especially if their experience of education was a less than happy time.
Employers & Employees
- Dyslexics have such a wealth of talent and experience to bring to any job or employer.
- It is such a shame that employers don’t make more use of the available talent that dyslexics have.
- Not only can we help an employer to meet their obligations under the Equality Act 2010, but can work with them in order to get the very best from their dyslexic employee.
Never Too Late
Programme
- This is a totally new programme that is aimed at the older generation, who may or may not have realised they are dyslexic, but never had the inclination or time to do something about it.
- We can help you make the most of your retirement. How to improve your balance and co-ordination. Demystify maths, write those letters and tackle those books you always wanted to read.
